Bonjour!

Hi there a new year has begun!!


School just started recently..and its just like FD 2.1 again..all theory and so damn boring..i think i might forget how to sew by the end of this term...so huge contract compared to last term!!
So that leaves me with plenty of time to do plenty of nonsensical things!!

1) I think i'll be taking up french! Oui Oui, Je parle francaise!
2) I have to start sourcing money...will start mini project shop soon! **Coming soon!**
3) Went for 2 exhibition! (indicated below)
4) thinking of getting a job...yes thinking.
5) Played 2 songs on piano... (i play by listening so no scores...but im not that good at it)

MUSEUM OF BROKEN RELATIONSHIPS



The last day to view it is on 18 Jan 09 (today!!) till 8.30pm at the esplanade..


Its just close to the heart...whoever came up with this concept is brilliant..and some were plain stupid like a "ONE NIGHT" relationship (sg some more ...super "throw face") More like ONS... Then they have some for like 20 30 years...some partners died with their love...some parted after long time..... Promises that were never fufilled...happiness that never came.

An interesting note...they had a guessbook which everyone wrote some heartfelt words in thebook and travels all over the world.. I wrote something there :)

DAYS WITH MY FATHER




While walking thru via citylink to esplanade along this LONG LONG tunnel was this "Stills" exhibition named "Days with my father". What stop me initally was the pictures...so dull in undertones yet so vivid and strong...capturing the moment...the mood and feelings.The one above just happen to be funny...haha!
As u walk thru the series of pictures with a paragraph to guide u thru the life of a father and son. How they lived together after the death of the mum...still shots taken throughout the remaining time his father left. The discovery, pain , happiness and sadness.
If u think you cant make it to the exhibit but still want to see it i've included the link above for the online version..not as capturing as seeing the actual thing but it really touched my heart.
