Prague Trdelnik

 Fending off my bf with a knife and a coaster that looks like a shield.

After days of overly fattening food we decided we should have something lighter...not that anything there was particularly light! I manage to find some salad...but i couldn't resist the wedges (See background haha)

Before I went to prague i made a checklist of "what to eat " in Prague and Trdelniks was one of the stuff i wanted to try. It looks like a crispy bread cinnamon roll. 

Sound quite nice don't it?

Spotted a Trdelnik shop!

Its extremely tough, and quite disappointing. Its very dry, not alot of taste and not very fresh. Perhaps because i bought mine from a commercial area and its not as authentic. :( oh well.

Couldn't even bite it properly, look at my failure bite below.

Prague Birdseye view

Kids in Prague play with little toy cars and statues on the town square. When we went up to tower, it felt abit like kids looking over your little houses and humans. Everything looks like a carefully crafted toy.

A corner restaurant near my hotel. i just loved how it looks on the outside. I love how prague has this post apocalyptic feel.

So since we've been in prague be basically just ate nothing but "winter" food a.k.a  potatoes, cheese, cream, meat. fat. beer. Its like comfort food, how the czech girls maintain looking hot is beyond me.

Beef pasta was super good as well, whole piece of chunky beef and hearty tomato sauce.

We were abit grossed out by all the fats we've eaten but it is really awesome if the weather was freezing cold!!

Restaurant was right outside the gates of St Vitus past the town square into the little residential lanes.

My friend commented it looks like a savoury dish, like lasagne!!
